What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a normal state that we may experience sometimes but are unaware of. How do I feel when I got hypnotherapy?
Hypnosis is not like in movies where the person falls into unconsciousness. In a state of hypnosis, you are fully aware of what is going on in reality. Normally, you will experience the feeling of relaxation, your body is relaxed like when you sleep, but at the same time, you are still conscious and fully aware of what is actually happening rather than sleep.

That means no one can hypnotize others but he/she hypnotized himself/herself. Hypnosis is only possible when a person has a certain belief and agrees to enter the state of hypnosis. Hypnotherapist is like a male classical dancer giving the lead to the opposite person as the female dancer moves along. Hypnosis is the same, if the opposite person does not agree to follow the instruction, hypnosis can not happen.
